Monday Night Yoga w/ Jessie
Back again this year! This is a great opportunity to stretch, relax and meet new friends. Bring a mat, water bottle, and towel. All abilities welcome! Please note – BRING MATS to class.
Our Teacher: Jessie Madera
Jessie Madera is RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor and a NASM certified Personal Trainer. This flow uses the connection between body and breath to restore the mind and release stress. Sequenced to increase flexibility, mobility, strength and balance using fluid movements, this is an all levels flow from beginners to more advanced yogis!
