Membership FAQs

  • Group Racquet includes children 25 years old and older as well as family guests that may be visiting. Family covers immediate family members with children under the age of 25 years old.

  • Junior membership is required for members that are over 25 years old and do not include racquet privileges. Racquet privileges for junior members can be purchased here.

  • Yes. Racquet privileges can be added after the fact and are good for they year of purchase expiring January 1st of the following year. Click here to add racquet privileges to your membership, there is a one time $500 sign-up fee for racquet the first time you sign up.

  • At the moment, yes. Due to a need of a legal policy for recurring memberships, we will require that members manually renew their memberships each year starting March 1st. Prices of membership subject to change.

  • Yes. To cancel membership, please login to your account in the top right hand corner of the screen. Once logged in, click the drop down on your initials in the top right and select "My memberships." You can also select the "My Memberships" tab from your account dashboard. Then at the bottom of the screen, click "Cancel Membership." Refunds are subject to a case by case basis. Refunds will only be issued for purchases made in error, not for unused privileges such as buying racquet and not using the racquet center.
