| How to enrol in the Program |
|
To enrol in the Microsoft System Builder Business Club, please submit the online registration form.
Once your membership is validated, please send the physical copies of the registration form, Q2 target sheet, last year's Balance Sheet/Tax Return Statement or any other relevant
document that shows the turnover along with this form and send it to: |

Target Points |
|
|
| |
Maintaining their membership in a particular tier requires the Participant to earns points on acquiring licenses of Eligible Products from Microsoft Authorized Distributors. Points can be earned in India, during each quarter of the program period, as per the given table: |

Achievement of Target Points |
|
|
| |
Performance against target is measured by comparing the points earned against the ‘Target Points’ and is classified into following categories: |

| Base Achievement |
If the points earned are between 80% to 99% of the Target Points |
| Stretch Achievement |
If the points earned are between 100% to 119% of the Target Points |
| Super Stretch Achievement |
If the points earned are between 120% to 130% of the Target Points |

Performance would have an upper cap of 130%. Any performance above 130% will not be considered for the calculation of benefits. |
|

Benefit Points |
|
|
| |
Benefit Points are the points that are earned by the participant and can be redeemed for Benefit Vouchers worth 40 times the value of Benefit Points. These points are calculated by applying Benefit Margin to the Target Points as explained in the 'program benefit' section. |
