How to redeem Benefit Points / Benefit Vouchers |

The value of Benefit Vouchers is worth 40 times the value of Benefit Points earned. Participant has a choice to redeem from HDFC Gift Cards / Sodexho Vouchers / Tanishq Gift Vouchers. Each Participant needs to fill the claim for each quarter and submit to program cell within the stipulated time. (Refer Claim Form, in the 'Forms Download' section) |

Value of Benefit Vouchers is calculated on the basis of the percentage of the ‘Target Points’ achieved. Based on the percentage of the ‘Target Points’ achieved you will be eligible for either Base, Stretch and Super Stretch Benefit Margin % to calculate the Benefit Points and Benefit Voucher Value. |

OEM Co-op Marketing Fund
The fund provides reimbursement for a portion of approved demand generation, marketing development, and partner readiness activities. Funds are accrued based on the number of qualifying COEM licenses purchased through a Microsoft Authorized OEM Distributor (list in the appendix) in the 6 month Co-op accrual Period. These funds become available in the subsequent fiscal half-year period (usage period). To participate in Co-op, system builders must meet purchase and eligibility requirements (From 1July to 31 December 2008).
